Lion New Zealand

Lion New Zealand was the late Sir Peter Blake's entry in the '85/86 Whitbread Round the World Race and winner of the infamous '84 Sydney to Hobart.

Steinlager 2

A Kiwi legend with her iconic red hull, Sir Peter Blake's '89/90 Whitbread entry 'Steinie' won every leg on the line and handicap, a record that still stands today.

Steinlager 2 and Lion New Zealand are both largely in their original configuration as when raced around the world, and still active in off shore racing including Sydney to Hobart and Auckland to Fiji.

Facilities include: qualified crew, dorm style accommodation, kitchen, beanbags, two marine bathrooms, snorkelling equipment, wet weather attire and tender upon request.
