Entry and Eligibility
- To enter individuals must sign up for the Explore Group New Zealand email marketing database by providing their name, email address and location.
- Competition is open to new sign ups only.
- The monthly competition commences at 00:01 on the first day of the current month and ends at 23:59 on the last day of the current month. The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the competition end date and has 14 working days to confirm acceptance of prize, or a new winner will be selected.
- This competition is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years only.
- An individual can only enter once during the competition period.
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize Details
- There is one prize available for entries received each month.
- The prize is for 1x $200 Explore Group New Zealand Gift Voucher and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Gift Voucher is available to use on Explore operated experiences in Auckland or the Bay of Islands only and is not valid for special events or private charters.
- No additional transport, flights or accommodation are included.
- The prize is non refundable, non transferable, or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
Additional terms
- The promoter of this competition is Explore Group and employees of Explore Group New Zealand are not eligible to enter this competition.
- The prize is subject to Explore Group's standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
- The decisions by Explore Group on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Explore Group reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Explore Group reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
